First Listing of Jakarta Lingkar Baratsatu (JLB) Bonds

On August 16 2018, JLB, an associate entity of NI, held a Public Offering of Bonds I with a target of up to IDR 1.3 trillion of funds to be raised. This corporate action is one of the Company's strategic steps to pay off working capital loans and syndicated credit loans of around 92%, of which the remainder is to finance working capital for toll road maintenance.
